Here we see a Hershey’s bar style USB dock station which is great on creativity but short on functionality.
Judging from the picture it’s hard to determine what the LCD display is for as without an internal processor of some sort there is now way to parallel the drives or sort through the data which resides on them.
Now the modular look of the device is interesting and IF you could strip together the drives for a modular type hard drive there might be a buyer out there…somewhere. Even in that instance sharing data on multiple devices would prove useless if one of the UFDs was removed.
SO, given the concept design is seems nothing more extravagant than a USB hub with customized UFDs.

On the heels of USB missile launcher with webcam we have the Wireless USB Missile Launcher from Dream Cheeky.
I’m not sure how much value the wireless missile launcher brings to the table, other than distancing yourself another 15 feet from the firing source, the webcam version with MSN software controls seems a little better.
None-the-less, if your boss doesn’t allow Instant Message software on your PC then roll in the Wireless USB Missile Launcher. At 15 feet distance, it would be easy enough to hide it behind a plant and fire “at will” from an office down the hall.
Albeit a direct hit on the forehead of your boss would be funny enough, I don’t think

Dream Cheeky has carved out a name for themselves with the USB missile launcher and USB circus cannon. Recently the bloggisphere reported on the updated version: USB missile launcher with webcam.
Dream Cheeky partnered with Microsoft on this one and integrated the webcam and control of the robotics through MSN instant messenger. For that reason, it’s called the USB MSN Missile Launcher.
This added user experience lets a remote person view and control the missile launcher to pelt the enemy during a moment of weakness. I reviewed the USB Circus Cannon a while back, and if the webcam version is as loud as the circus cannon version, there is no chance of a surprise attack.
The launcher comes with a detachable video camera and

If you believe in ghosts you believe in Santa. That’s my one line take on the USB ghost radar. However, I can understand my opinion would differ from another’s. For that reason the details of the USB ghost radar is as follows:
…with an array of sensors, alert lights and complex algorithm the USB radar detects the paranormal by analyzing the sensor data factors and biometric feedback from your skin and lunar-cycle adjustments. For the most part the sensors take in information dealing with unusual magnetic waves in the room.
Now the USB gadget beeps to alert you of change in magnetic waves (possible ghosts) and uses activated LED lights to visually show you intensity of the present paranormal “being.” The LED lights on the USB ghost radar also indicate position of the Scooby Doo target along with possible “risk” factors.
It seems this product would have a very niche market.

The office space can get mundane at times. Most work spaces I’ve seen include an off-white wall, few posters or pictures with cold hard desktops, so there is nothing left but to stare into the computer screen.
The USB mushroom lamp could help liven up your work space. Maybe get your office one step closer to Frank’s Cubicle – after all isn’t this the Holly Grail of office spaces?
The USB mushroom lamp comes in three different colors; red, green and blue.
The distributor, Brando, suggests these glowing gems could remind you of those not-so-long-ago Mario Brothers games, but that’s a stretch.
Would you object to an office space looking like this:

There is no better way to show your boss how little you think of him and the paycheck he signs – than tee’in up a game of golf at your desk. And we’re not talking about Tiger Woods either, we’re talking USB miniature golf.
The USB putting green is a desktop gem with miniature balls, two putters and a putt returning 19th hole. (booze not included) Powered by USB port the mini golf green will start returning balls upon connection.
We thought the USB Whack It game and USB missile launcher was a little overboard for USB geekiness, but the USB putting green reigns as most useless gadget as of today.

It’s rare a USB information website has the opportunity to write about guns, not that it’s a fascination or hobby to obsess over – none the less – Loopy Gadgets found this USB gun and I thought to pass it along.
The USB gun is a replica of a P230 semi-automatic handgun…
Small dimensions, it is often carried as a backup weapon, holding 8 rounds of .32 pistol cartridge or 7 rounds of .380 pistol cartridge (bullet). Wiki
…and the company marketing the product claims it’s the ultimate gadget for having fun around the office. Um, I don’t think using a replica semi-automatic USB mouse gun would necessarily make office life fun. Unless of course you work at Homeland Security.
The USB mouse gun uses the trigger as your left click and a button just below the trigger as your right. The technology is

Convergence is always a technology innovation most appreciate. The folks with the most creative and useful ideas generally land on top. Here is an example of an idea that is middle ground. The rechargeable USB lighter that doubles as USB drive.
So here is how the design works. Rather than using fuel as in traditional lighters, the USB lighter uses electric coils for sparking up. So just like a car cigarette lighter (if they even make them anymore) the electric coils recharge via USB. The convergence is where you stuff in some solid state memory so when your Kool cigarette lighter is plugged into your PC you have a logical excuse that it’s a novelty USB drive rather then broadcasting your smoking habits – although it’s the same difference I suppose.
For the decreasing number of smokers out there the design is unfortunately just that, nothing in production as of yet.

Each year Christmas prep seems to get a little earlier. Here is the first post for this years Christmas season, the USB musical Santa Drummer.
There is virtually no information about this but at $12.58, and if you’re into this kinda thing, might be worth the purchase. It appears the USB Santa hands drum upon pushing the start/stop button. I wish I could say I wonder what kind of Christmas tunes it plays – but does it matter?

I think that 13 year old girl who won the text message contest could use this infra-red heating pad. The USB gadget is designed to relieve pain and aches via infra-red, which has been a known method for relief. USB Fever is offer the heating pad for $21 and includes…wait for it…a doctor’s warning before use.
So what would your fully loaded gadget mouse hold? I would start with the BrandoUSB mouse label maker. That’s a great idea – although for limited labeling – as it’s a small area to hold ribbon.
In addition, I’d like to see a flash memory card read for download. Maybe a VoIP phone for when I travel. How about an aroma dish on the side to make the office smell nice. Tack on some gaming buttons for when I need to take a break and play half-life. And to top it off, cover the super gadget mouse with
