VoIP runs directly from flat screen monitor
VoIP phone service is now packed into Igel Technology’s touch screen flat screen monitor, The Elegance. Igel, maker of Thin Client solutions, uses the monitor USB port to host the VoIP software from a flash drive and horse power of the thin client software to run the application. Thin Clients are software solutions to run a computer at a remote site while having a site server do all the core processing. Igel also introduced two other products, the ProScribe which is a tablet PC and the PanaVeo which is a device to support up to four monitor displays. Igel website.
