Blaupunkt Purposely Forgets CD Player in Car Stereo

I’ve been saying forget CDs for years and Blaupunkt agrees as with their latest car stereo model, the SD27, they gave CDs the finger.

This CD-less car stereo supports flash memory as the primary music input. The MP3 and WMA player supports MMC and SD cards with a well displayed LED for ID3 tags.

The Blaupunkt SD27 car stereo also supports USB connectivity with optional direct-connect to iPod and Bluetooth interfaces.

At $160 even the stone-aged audio cassette junkie could make the migration to digital music.
