iKaraoke – Removes vocals from your iPod songs

iKaraokeNow here’s a karaoke product that will get just about anyone to sing. Griffin, maker for all things iPod, will launch the iKaraoke microphone later this year. This ingenious mic sends the music from your iPod to your stereo minus the lead vocals. Now it’s easy to take center stage without getting a karaoke stereo, special CD+G discs or limiting yourself to a handfull of 90’s songs.

The iKaraoke has several quick touch buttons on the microphone to pause music, scan forward or backward or temporarily add the vocals back in to save your dignity. Includes some cool special effects like reverb to drowned out your crash-n-burn performance. Availability is winter of 06, no pricing as of yet.
