a-dataA supercharged U3 flash drive from A-DATA includes seven of the most popular U3 applications pre-installed. The U3 Launch pad software found on the My Flash A-DATA unit works under the operating systems of Windows 2000, XP or later. Due to the recognition feature of the U3 software, after removing the flash disk from the OS, no data remains on the host computer, so the user’s privacy is protected.

The seven blockbuster programs are:

  • Migo – file management software so that files remain on the flash drive, not the host computer.
  • Powerbackup – backup utility with 3 configuration options; full, differential and incremental.
  • Zinio – an E-zine surfing software
  • ACDsee – a photo editing and viewing utility
  • Babylon – a 13 language translation software suite
  • Pass2Go – password manager utility
  • Mozilla Thunderbird – full featured email, RSS and newsgroup client.

Capacity will range from the 512MB to the 4GB range and product will be available via Ingram Micro and other on-line distribution outlets.a-data
