$800 USB flash memory drive
Solid Alliance creates the limit for expensive flash memory with their $800USD flash drive called the Mottainai. It’s got 24K gold and crystal settings from Satsuma Kiriko (a who’s-who glass maker in Japan). Although gold is the shinny layer on the outside the enclosure is mostly made of bronze. The heavy weight goes along with the heavy price. Aren’t flash drives inertly designed to be light-weight and portable? In any event, $800 will get you that exclusive 2GB flash drive and with the looks of the pictures, a registered certificate for “Official Sucker” tactfully written in Japanese.
