Wireless USB hub from Belkin delayed
A spokesperson from Belkin confirmed earlier this week the award winning (Best in Design CES 06) Belkin wireless USB
hub will be delayed until July of 2006. The delay was categorized as typical manufacturing delays but GetUSB believes it’s more to do with the Freescale core technology, CableFree, used in the Belkin device. Original ship dates where around April of this year but now are more in line with the WiMedia Alliance Member’s release date for commercially ready UltraWideBand products. So, the race is still on.
