IOCell released the largest USB flash drive yet at CeBIT 2006, a 16GB device named CellDisk16GB. They probably bridged two 8GB flash memory chips to produce this monster as 16GB single memory chips are not yet available. IOCell has not additional information other then making a splash at CeBIT - GetUSB wonders what fruit or vegetable will pear up for this photo shoot.
