Written by Richard Blanchard on March 14th, 2006. Posted in Audio, USB News

The JVC KD-G720 features a front USB port (on right side) to provide connectivity to thumb drives, portable media players and memory card readers. With USB being so widely accepted JVC thought this interoperatabilty would give them an edge, JVC is right. The car stereo supports MP3 and WMA file playback from any memory device or CD-R or CD-RW. You can even mix file types. The KD-G720 will also display your customzied ID3 Tags and CD-Text content via a multicolor backlit LCD. Quick touch switch button for between CD and MP3 devices. List is $360USD but GetUSB found it for under $170USD.
